- Make certain that the RASPHONE.PBK file is located in the \system32\RAS\ folder. If the file is located in the proper location, try renaming the file and run RASPHONE.EXE. If the file is not located in this folder, try running RASPHONE.EXE.
- Are you using WinPoET? If so, go into your RAS settings and configure the PoET Adapters to "Dail Out Only".
