Connection Types:
- RJ-11 port ADSL telephone line connection
- 1x RJ-45 ports for 10/100BASET Ethernet connection

Status Lights:
- [Power]
Steady green light indicates the unit is powered on. When the device is powered off this remains dark.
- [Internet]
Solid light indicates line sync and a Flashing green light indicates data transfer. A flashing yellow light indicates that the modem is establishing sync and no light means no sync established
- [ADSL Link/Act]
If led light is on it means that it the modem has obtained Sync. A flashing led light means that it is training, trying to obtain Sync. A flickering led light indicates aDSL activity and if it's not on, then, it means it does not detect the aDSL signal.
- [USB]
On means USB device/connection detected. Off means no USB connection.
- [Ethernet]
A solid green light indicates Ethernet is connected at 100mb/s; If it's flashing green, it means Ethernet is transferring data at 100mb/s. A solid Yellow light indicates Ethernet is connected at 10mb/s; and a flashing yellow light means Ethernet is transferring data at 10mb/s. If led light is off, no ethernet connection is detected.
Misc Notes:
- The Netgear DM602 series can connect via either a USB interface, or an Ethernet interface. If the customer is connecting via a USB port, they will need to install the USB drivers then ethernet drivers accompanying the modem (Remember, with USB installs computer MUST be restarted before configuration).
