- POWER
- Solid Green - The modem has power
- Off - The modem is without power, make certain that the modem is plugged into a working power outlet
- PC LINK
- Solid Green - A PC is connected to the modem
- Blinking Green - Data is being sent/received
- Off - No PC has been detected as being connectd to the modem
- CABLE
- Solid Green - The modem is connected and registered on the network
- Blinking Green - The modem has found a downstream signal and is attempting to register on the network
- Off - The modem does not see a cable connection or is in standby mode
- ACTIVITY
- Blinking Green - Your cable modem is sending or receiving data
- Off - There is currently no activity on your connection
- EMAIL
- Flashing Green - You have e-mail (Optional, varies based on ISP)
- Off - You do not have e-mail or your ISP does not support this feature
Misc Notes:
This modem has a "Standby Mode". When in "Standby Mode" the Power light will be off while all other lights will function normally.
