Status Lights:
- POWER:
- Light off: No power
- Solution: Verify power supply connections, the power switch on the modem itself, the electrical outlet, and make sure the outlet is not connected to a switch.
- Blinking: An error has occurred during normal operation.
- Solution: Verify coaxial cable connection and try resetting the modem. If cable is ok & reset doesn’t work, call technical support.
- RECEIVE:
- Blinking: Scanning for the downstream frequency.
- Solution: Verify coaxial cable connection and try resetting the modem. If cable is ok & reset doesn’t work, call technical support.
- SEND:
- Blinking: Scanning for the upstream frequency.
- Solution: Verify coaxial cable connection and try resetting the modem. If cable is ok & reset doesn’t work, call technical support
- ONLINE:
- Light off: No Connection
- Blinking: Linking scanning for the network connection.
- Solution: Verify coaxial cable connection and try resetting the modem. If cable is ok & reset doesn’t work, call technical support.
- PC/Activity:
- Light off: No Connection to Pc
- Blinking: transmitting or receiving data
- Solution: No Problem
- STANDBY:
- Light on: Modem in Standby Mode
- Solution: Push Standby Button at top of Modem
