- All Lights Solid Green - Self test
- Power Solid Green / LAN and CBL Blinking Green - The cable modem is performing an image udpate
- PWR (Power)
- Solid Green - Modem has power
- Off - Power cable is unplugged, plugged in non working electrical outlet, or the modem is no longer functional
- LAN (Local Area Netowrk)
- Solid Green - Computer connected
- Off - No computer detected or the modem was just recently turned on
- Blinking Green - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a signal of some type
- CBL (Cable)
- Solid Green - Cable signal detected and connected
- Fast Blinking Amber - Modem is booting up
- Blinking Green - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a signal of some type
- Blinking Amber - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a signal of some type
- Steady Amber - This is a hardware failure. Try powercycling your modem. If this does not correct the issue, you may need a new modem.
- Constant Blinking Amber - The boot code has failed to execute. Try powercycling your modem. If this does not correct the issue, you may need a new modem.
- SND (send)
- Steady Blinking Green - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a signal of some type
- Fast Blinking Green - Modem is sending data
- Off - Modem is not currently sending any data
- RCV (Receive)
- Steady Blinking Green - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a signal of some type
- Fast Blinking Green - Modem is receiving data
- Off - Modem is not currently receiving any data
- OPT (Optional LED)
- Steady Blinking Green - Modem is SYNCing or searching for a downstream frequency
- Other - Depends on your cable service provider as this is an optional LED
