    • Solid Green (Normal use) - USB drivers installed, but no activity
    • Blinking Green (Normal use) - USB drivers installed and connection is working
  • SYNC
    • Off (Powering up) - Modem has not finished initialization
    • Off (Normal use) - No cable service to modem, check lines and possible ISP outages
    • Solid Green (Powering up) - Modem has found downstream
    • Solid Green (Normal use) - Modem maintaining downstream
    • Blinking Green (Powering up) - Modem searching for downstream

Misc Notes:


- The Username and Password for the web interface is "user" - Normal Acceptable Signal Levels:
  • TX (8 to 55)
  • RX (-15 to 15) Ideal is 0
  • SNR (Above 30)
- Main reasons for bad levels are too many splitters, loose connections, and damaged or low quality cables.
