  • Cable
    • Solid Green - A cable modem has been detected and the modem has registered itself on the network
    • Slow Blinking Green - A downstream signal is present and the modem is attempting to connect
    • Fast Blinking Green - The modem is attempting to register itself on the network
    • Off - No downstream signal has been detected
  • PC
    • Solid Green - A computer has been detected
    • Off - No computer has been detected, if your computer is plugged in, try a different cable or reseating the current cable
  • Data
    • Flashing Green - Data is being sent/received
    • Off - No data is currently being sent or received
  • Test
    • Off - No problems found
    • Flashing Amber - The modem is downloading updates or is currently running a self test
    • Solid Amber - A problem has been detected, try powercycling your modem
  • Power
    • Solid Green - The modem has power
    • Off - The modem is without power, make certain that the modem is plugged into a working power outlet

Misc Notes:

- When working the lights will look like:
  • Cable, PC, and Power lights will be solid green
